“We were very pleased with selecting and working with Chris Legare and Nautilus Construction for our project in Wells. We were convinced of the skills and capabilities of Nautilus Construction when reviewing their work on the project of our next door neighbor. Their home came out extremely well so we contacted Chris to see if he would do our project. Chris had a schedule opening so we engaged Nautilus for our project. Our architect was also aware of Nautilus Construction and recommended them highly. They worked with Chris on the details of the design as well. When the design was completed, the project began. Chris developed a comprehensive schedule which was routinely updated on his online project app. The pricing for the project was fair and we always knew the current status of all items within the project by way of the app. In the post COVID environment there have been many variables to manage including supplies, sub contractors and other details needing coordination. Chris and his team always kept on top of all these things as well as maintaining flexibility with any project adjustments as needed. Chris has a very strong team who work well together and were always in tune with the project and priorities. The workmanship and skill in constructing our addition was obvious, both as the project progressed and now with its completion. No detail was left out and Chris and his team always worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the project and the results. Chris also has a set of strong relationships with very capable subcontractors Nautilus uses in their projects. They did a great job for us.
