Ever since I got a coffee maker that grinds before brewing I have had a hard time finding good flavored coffee that comes in whole bean form. That’s why I was thrilled to find a company called It’s Been Smithed. They’re a Maine coffee company that roasts your coffee moments before packaging it. Not only are their flavors amazing and there’s a large variety. Each of their flavored coffees are also offer in different sizes, forms and grinds. They are most certainly the first coffee company that I’ve come across that offers their product in so many different ways.

For their Flavored Coffee line, each coffee starts out with a base of medium Colombian Supremo. One of the best things, I think, is that there is no sugar added! The only sugars in It’s Been Smithed’s coffee is the naturally occurring in the coffee beans themselves. Some of their Flavored Coffees offered have an alcoholic taste. For example their Jamaican Me Crazy! coffee has flavors of caramel, vanilla and kahlua! Another amazing flavor is the Almond Amaretto which is described as sweet, nutty with almond liquor. So if you’ve been on the hunt for some boozy flavored coffee, It’s Been Smithed has got you covered! Not to worry, if you’re not a fan of boozy coffee there are a number of other flavors to choose from. Just to name a few of my favorites are chocolate peanut butter, hazelnut toffee, blueberry cinnamon crumble, caramel apple and many more!
